This question was Present as far back as I remember… possibly lifetimes.

After much searching and eliminating, not this, not that…

The meaning revealed itself to be at the deepest core of all Being. 

The True meaning and whole point of life is not to be found on the surface of passing by experience, yet within all experience is the opportunity to realise and dis-cover what is deeper than life, higher than life. 

To Awaken out of the dream of being a separate entity, with name and false identity, and to Realize Who and What One truly Is, As That which is the very Essence of all things and IS Life itself.

To realise deeper than this physical life, That which is before the life of this body, and remains after the body is gone. 

To realise what is formless, taking form. We have heard it called, Eternal Life.

This is what brings meaning. And THAT is what One actually IS.

This is what brings meaning to each and every experience. Being Here Awake as That.

First we realise beyond all life’s happenings and then to come all the way back fully IN this play of ‘God’ consciously, and live from THAT realisation.

Quite simply, This moment is enough, the Be All and end all. In the way that it’s being lived. The deepest Truth is its own meaning. This very moment is All.

If or when a whole lifetime is lived without realising This, it’s an opportunity wasted and all illusions and patterns continue to recreate themselves ~ this we call Samsara, the wheel of cyclic existence that keeps on turning, repeating.

The only way to step out of this cycle is to Awaken as Pure Awareness and break the chains of false identity!

There is nobody realising this, there is only realising, and endless revelation of what is realised.

This all meets in the Heart, the bridge between the Human and Divine levels of Consciousness. This is the meeting point of Man and God, through the mystery of the cosmic Heart merging with our Human Heart. Here we can truly meet As That One. 

Revelation happens.

Pure Love is the exquisite meeting point that reveals itself in the bridge of the Heart as One’s True Being.

To realise this is the whole point of taking a body, the opportunity is Here again.

Once we open the eyes to Eternal Truth, and walk this Earth we Bring light into unconscious places.

Eyes that see without clouds are no longer tainted by dreams, yet dream on with lucidity… 

We all have a unique role to play, once we are watching this movie play out,  then to enjoy the play Freely. 

It’s a Free Play after all!

~Ananta grew up in London and left England aged 19 with the strong desire to live as a Free Being. This first expressed itself through travel and lead her to Asia in 1989 where she lived until life circumstances brought her back to UK in 2017.

Ananta’s life and work is Now dedicated to the Awakening of Human Consciousness, and through her own Self-Realization, her main area of focus is Now facilitating, the simple direct recognition of the realization of our True Nature, through all that appears to play in all levels and back to the ordinariness of Life itself.

Ananta’s way of sharing includes Direct Self Inquiry, similar to the investigation of ‘Who Am I’ passed down from Ramana Maharshi. Yet it has now taken on a definite ‘Ananta’ flavour and after many years of developing in her own unique way, she finds a most easy and simple way of bringing about the Direct Experience and the ever deepening embodying of this realisation so uniquely to every Being who comes to her. 

Living from this point of clear seeing and deepest knowing, there is the invitation to meet all ‘unfinished business’ in Truth. This carries over into a unique expression of Divine/Humanness where All is welcome Here.

Ananta currently resides in the UK where she provides private guidance sessions, holds regular meetings, and retreats and she also has an online membership Sangha where she guides Beings from around the globe through regular Satsangs.
