The meaning of life is to shine your light as your highest self. It is to regain touch with the divine purpose of your life and share your gifts with the planet.
It’s to make your mess into your message and rise up into your full potential, with all the colors and textures that make you, you.
It’s to experience the spectrum of emotions of life, to explore the glimpses of the sensations your body is capable of and to embody the archetypes that exist in us all.
It’s self-realization, self-actualization, self-preservation.
It’s connecting with the elements, which are a reflection of the energies within us.
It’s dreaming through our Vata energy, creating through our Pitta, resting through our Kapha.
The meaning of life is to play our role in the greater cosmic dance of the universe.
It’s learning how to laugh; how to cry; how to be brave; how to be vulnerable.
It’s to move past the blocks and limitations so we can experience effortless flow, kriya, to fulfill our dharma.
It’s the moments that took your breath away. The moments where all you could do is breathe.
It’s to understand ourselves. To not understand ourselves.
To become friends with our shadows. To not take ourselves too seriously.
To have families and memories.
To say goodbye to them all.
The meaning of life is just a temporary experience of the spectrum of possibilities as a human; one that is truly a gift.
