Dr. Linda Howe: The opportunity of our human experience is to awaken to our spiritual core, our essential goodness, and to live in the world, rooted in this awareness.

Life can be difficult and messy, but the Light within each and every one of us cannot be extinguished. No human idea or action can obliterate the Light imbued in all of creation.

As we awaken to this notion of the infinite, eternal, unlimited nature of Light throughout all circumstances, we are challenged to live as seekers and finders of the Light—even when all seems dark. In this state of consciously living from the inside out, we serve as optimal transmitters of the Divine, Universal Light that has been our constant companion since the inception of our souls, delivering us to the present moment and continuing to illuminate our way.
