~Hans van Manen is a Dutch ballet dancer, choreographer and photographer. His body of work counts more than 120 ballets, each carrying his unmistakable signature. In 2000 he received the much-heralded Erasmus Prize for his outstanding achievements in Dutch dance. And in 2007 he was given the title of Commander in the Order of the Dutch Lion.
