Tao Calligraphy: The Modernisation of an Ancient Art Form

“Master Sha has applied his own knowledge to the ancient art of Chinese Calligraphy to create Tao Calligraphy,
art beyond art that has a positive effect on anyone in its presence.”

Dr & Master Zhi Gang Sha is a world renowned teacher, author, and one of the most respected and distinguished voices in self-healing, receiving praise for offering a clear and practical path to learning its secrets. His unconditional love for humanity runs parallel to what he believes the purpose of life is, which is to serve and make others both happier and healthier. He achieves this by passing down the substantial knowledge he has gained from 40+ years of studying healthcare and wellness to create positive changes in people’s lives. One of the most forward-thinking and innovative ways he is currently doing this is through the unique practice of Tao Calligraphy.

Master Sha has travelled the world attempting to bring Soul Mind Body Medicine to as many people as possible, and in doing so he has appeared in over 600 broadcast and print interviews. As a result of his continuous work, he was awarded the Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Commission Award and was also named Top Spiritual Innovator of the Year 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals. He is the founder of the online teaching portal Tao Academy and creator of the Soul Mind Body Science System and continues to support ongoing research through the Sha Research Foundation.

In order to receive this recognition, which, as well as the above, Master Sha becames a master of Dong Yi Gong Qigong, Feng Shui, the I Ching, Qigong, Dong Tai Chi, and was appointed as a National Chinese Calligrapher Master and an Honourable Research Professor of Chinese calligraphy. In these pursuits, he learned from some of the brightest minds to ever walk the planet. One of these, in particular, is Professor Li Qiu Yun, who, at 100 years old, passed on her knowledge of One-Stroke Chinese Calligraphy (Yi Bi Zi).

Yi Bi Zi is revered for cultivating one’s life force, wellbeing, happiness, and wisdom. This ancient calligraphy form comes from a lineage that was connected with the last imperial dynasty and Chinese Emperor, Puyi. Professor Li Qiu Yun was the only person in the world qualified to teach and pass on the lineage of this form of calligraphy, and so, through an ancient sacred ritual, she transmitted this power onto Master Sha.

Master Sha has applied the teachings from Li QiuYun to his own lifelong training and mastery of ancient philosophies, healing arts, and more, in turn developing the unique practice of Tao Calligraphy, which has since gone on to benefit thousands of people all around the world.

“The extraordinary healing art of Tao Calligraphy radiates out a heavenly frequency and vibration that can be harnessed by those connecting with this vibrational field to help them heal, rejuvenate, transform, and enlighten their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.”

In practice, the calligrapher uses one stroke to write a positive message pertaining to oneness and wellbeing. This single stroke creates a stroke of energy that in turn creates a powerful vibrational field that carries the positive message being written. This becomes a Tao Chang, which is a source field, and, within it, our own negative energy can be transformed, resulting in not only a positive change to the calligrapher’s life but also to the lives of all those around them.

Simply being in the presence of a Tao Chang gives people access to the healing energy that it creates. To take things further, one can engage with meditation, chanting, tracing, and Tai Chi movement with the calligraphies, and, in turn, absorb the positive messages contained within. Making this a regular practice can lead to significant improvements in physical, mental, and emotional conditions.

Given the exclusivity that surrounds the initial art of Yi Bi Zi and the creation of Tao Calligraphy as a special form of one-stroke calligraphy, infused with Master Sha’s spiritual wisdom, humanitarian experience, and medical knowledge, it is a completely unique practice, which nobody else in the world other than Master Sha is doing.

There has been medical research conducted on Tao Calligraphy that has shown positive results. As such, it has now been recognized at medical conferences and in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Tao Calligraphy does not necessarily have to be learned in order for one to benefit from the Tao Chang it creates. However, Master Sha and his team of top Calligraphy Master Teachers offer training to people who wish to be able to write Tao Calligraphy. Yes, this takes time and requires practice but, using Master Sha’s unique system, it is surprisingly straightforward, and what would usually take years can be accomplished rapidly.

In order for as many people as possible to experience the power of Tao Calligraphy and the Tao Calligraphy Healing Field, Master Sha has created more than 10 major Tao Centres around the world. Many of these centres are homes to original Tao Calligraphies, each of which has its own unique purpose, although all calligraphies can be applied generally, given that they carry high frequency fields of positive information, energy, and matter. These centres can be found in Amersfoort, Antwerp, Bordeaux, Germany, Honolulu, London, Portland, San Francisco, Sydney, Martinique, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Tao Calligraphy is an art that goes beyond simply being art. Master Sha has applied his years of experience to the ancient practice of Yi Bi Zi and, as a result, has created a new and exclusive method of self-healing. People from all around the world have felt the benefits of Tao Calligraphy, and Master Sha wants to extend the reach of those positive experiences as far as he can. He has set up Tao Centres that contain Calligraphies so people may benefit from their positive energy, and he is also teaching others how to do the practice themselves.
