Excellence Reporter: Master Oberon, what is the meaning of life?

Oberon Zell: Cherish diversity! Find fascination in the strange and unusual. Live passionately. Explore everything, especially things forbidden, with boundless curiosity. Read voraciously. Grow a garden. Establish and maintain altars in your home. Celebrate the ever-turning Wheel of the Year. Go camping and hiking in the wilderness. Work on yourself. Love and be loved unconditionally, without reservation. Be kind. Help others. Do as you would be done by. Have fun. In short, become what you potentially are.

According to the leading thinkers in quantum physics, this “real life,” as we so naively call it, is but a living virtual world simulation, like “2^nd Life,” or “World of Warcraft”—only infinitely more sophisticated than anything we are presently able to create, with many layers of sentience. More like The Matrix, Total Recall, Jumanji, or Ready Player One. Or the holodecks on Star Trek.

Humanity is maybe 300,000 years old; agriculture 14,000; writing 5,000; the “Common Era” 2,018. It’s been 418 years since Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake for insisting that the Earth revolved around the sun; and the United State of America is only 242.

Given the accelerating rate of advances in our own lifetimes, now moving into quantum computing, imagine our virtual gaming worlds in 242 years… 418… 2,018 years… 5,000…  mere drops in the ocean of Eternity. Remember, Dragons ruled the Earth for 150 million years! And over the last 13 billion years, how many civilizations have arisen throughout the galaxy to our present technological level…and beyond? Maybe way, way beyond…to what? Can we even imagine? We’re just getting started!

Like a Fairy Circle of mushrooms springing from a common invisible mycelial network, we are extensions/projections of Universal Consciousness (Spirit; Divinity; the Quantum Field). We inhabit/incarnate/animate these marvelous avatars for a brief time of lessons, adventures, emotions, love, family, relationships and entanglements, agony and ecstasy, trials and tribulations; then we rest out and take a little break before I decide to play another game with new avatars.

It’s all a game, and the goal—as in any game—is to advance/ascend to the next level. Indeed, the ultimate goal is for everyone to advance/ascend to the next level—“The Awakening.” And then perhaps to create another even more advanced game…
