Aïda Colmenero Dïaz: For me life is about to be.  I want to  find the best version of me every day.

That´s why I dance..because I feel the freedom to expand myself,  to be, to celebrate life and breathe.

Stop and breathe consciously … that’s the meaning of being alive.
