Excellence Reporter: Peter, what is the meaning of life?

Peter Bregman: I think the question is less: “what is the meaning of life?” and more “How do you find meaning in life?”

I find meaning in life everywhere: goodnight kisses from my kids, a hug from my wife, a beautiful sunset and a dirty subway, the celebrations and struggles of my friends, my own success, failures, and even confusions. It takes only a moment of awareness to see meaning everywhere.
