Excellence Reporter: Steve, what is the meaning of life?

Life is the meaning we give it.  We are the meaning-makers, the symbol-seekers, the designers of context for the content of our experiences.

From all that I have read, felt and experienced the bottom line and the top line is simply love. Love, as Dr. Leonard Laskow says in his book Healing With Love, is the universal harmonic. It is the field of coherence, health, sanity and unity that is always present in the turbulence and chaos we find ourselves in. When we infuse our experience with love, when we see ourselves and others through this eye, we transcend the dueling dualities.

The meaning of being alive is change, flux, evolution, development, emergence and continued, infinite expansion.  The ever-present field of love encompasses all.
