Excellence Reporter: Eric, what is the meaning of life?

Eric Edmeades: I believe that being born into this life is a great adventure and that our purpose is to enjoy that adventure as much as possible.

While people may identify various missions — charitable work, industry, parenting, etc. — it is important that we can look back upon our lives with a feeling of gratitude and a sense that we used our time here well; that we did not sacrifice or tolerate too much but, rather, that we smiled, laughed and loved as much as possible.
